The Last Weekend takes place at Camp Lakota, 56 Park Rd, Wurtsboro, NY 12790, in the Catskills.
The Last Weekend lodging consists of a variety of SHARED COMMUNAL CABINS WITH FULL BATHROOMS with sinks, toilets and showers. Please see more information about this in the ACCOMODATIONS page.
We strongly encourage you to take the round-trip SHUTTLE BUS which you may book on the book your bus ticket in the TRANSPORTATION page. You’re welcome to arrange your own bus and train travel to stations nearby and take cabs to camp. Please see more information about this in the TRANSPORTATION page.
FOOD AND DRINKS
Food will be provided. Please see the meal schedule and menu. Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten-free options are available. Water and coffee are available anytime in the Mess Hall.
Camp Lakota is a NO SMOKING area with only two exceptions; two designated smoking areas are indicated on the WKND MAP. Because the surrounding woods and the existing camp are in a high risk fire area the Last Weekend will be SHUT DOWN immediately if attendees are found smoking outside the designated areas.
We would like to DISCOURAGE GUESTS FROM UPDATING THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA STATUS, TWEETING AND INSTAGRAMMING DURING THE WEEKEND and we ask that mobile device distraction happen in private. During musical performances and craft activity of course you should take pictures. Please feel free to share these after the event.
There are no locks on any cabins and most of the doors on the property. We expect attendees to be respectful of each others’ lodging spaces and property. However, it is recommended to leave all valuables at home as The Last Weekend and Camp Lakota will not be not responsible for lost or stolen property.
We ask that lake swimming only happen when there are lifeguards on duty.
CHILDREN ARE ABSOLUTELY WELCOME AND ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND! Kids age 3 and under are free. Children age 4-18 pay a special discounted rate of $140.
PARKING IS LIMITED and additional fees for parking may be required if the lot fills up.
We ask that you please throw your garbage in designated trash cans or recycling bins.
All ticket buyers will be guaranteed a bed with mattress in a cabin. Ticket buyers have the option to pitch a tent on the grounds and sleep there while keeping their reserved cabin space.
BEING AT CAMP
Please be respectful of other attendees by keeping your voice down when people have gone to sleep, sharing activities with other attendees and considering that the camp and its facilities are a shared.
WEATHER (WARNING IT WILL BE COLD AT NIGHT)
Rain or shine! The weather forecast currently calls for mid-70s in the day and 50s in the evenings. Be prepared for chilly evenings and possible rain. In these foothills of the Catskills, temperatures can be 10-degrees cooler than in the city.

Come prepared with cash for purchase at the Farmer’s Market. The nearest ATM’s are 10 minutes away by car.
We can not offer refunds for cancellations as we must pay the camp in advance to for the TLW to take place.
