Tucker Schwarz’s Pig Roast

Tucker Schwarz is an artist, a writer, and a cook. She spends her days managing the kitchens for APRIL BLOOMFIELD’S THE BRESLIN BAR & DINING ROOM and THE JOHN DORY OYSTER BAR in Manhattan’s ACE HOTEL. Since moving to New York from San Francisco in 2008 she has produced various pop-up dinners, food events and supper clubs throughout Brooklyn collaborating with chefs from both coasts. She has worked on events for ROBERTA’S, The GREENHORNS, BROOKLYN GRANGE and was a partner in HOPE STREET SUPPER CLUB. Before landing in Brooklyn, Tucker spent many years in the Bay Area making and exhibiting art, honing her cooking skills and nurturing her food passion. She continues to make art, make food and eat well.
